Some of our employees set off for the nearby Hammerbach Stadium on May 25. This is where the annual Landshut company run took place. More than 3000 participants from various Landshut companies took part in the event in perfect weather. We were also at the start with our brand new Meyermühlen jerseys. True to the motto "Taking part is everything!", we covered a distance of 6 kilometers.
Out of over 500 participating companies, we achieved a remarkable 124th place in the team ranking.
After the strenuous and energy-sapping run, our master baker Christoph Heger provided us with delicious and fresh organic baked goods from our own test bakery. This meant that we, including our group of fans at the side of the course, were once again well fortified. To round off the evening, we enjoyed a few cold drinks and talked shop about our running performance. We all agreed - next year we will try to beat our 124th place.
